This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The staff here is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. I was impressed with their attention to detail, from the USB-C plugs in the room to the wireless phone charging clock. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated having the option of rooms with two beds instead of just one king bed. The location is perfect, being close to downtown and the financial district.

The Metric - Los Angeles Downtown is a clean and modern hotel with a great location. We appreciated the free parking and the convenience of having a gated courtyard to keep our car safe. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a free map and guides to explore the area. The rooms were comfortable and extremely neat, and the shower was spacious and luxurious. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and baked goods in the morning. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
